Took 6 phone calls to try and get through to billing department. ;there is an opportunity for them to call back when it is your turn in que, they do not call back.Staff are rude and insinuate you are a liar even though the error was them and not you, You pay them, they put the payment in wrong and you are a liar and have to prove you made a payment.The governing body over pharmacies need to be made aware of the questionable business practices by this company, especially since all the retirement homes and long term care homes have contracts with them.Sad to think that this is the only pharmacy you can deal with for your loved one in long term care,Staff need to take a course in customer service for sure.
