Start to finish very professional. Arranged my rental car to be there on site, kept me informed of progress and estimated day it would be comete. Shawn was great to.get everything set up and put through my insurance. Nice bonus to have a clean vehicle inside and out when I picked it up!

Had my vehicle for nearly one month. I had to keep calling to get an update. There was no communication received from Carstar. Was told it would be ready Friday. Friday went by and then Monday went by with no communication. Finally hit my vehicle back in Wednesday.

No wait time. Able to answer questions pretty promptly. Estimate was maybe rushed and things got missed (internally). Overall, work was thoroughly completed and car looks as good as new.
