THEY WILL KEEP YOUR VEHICLE LONGER THAN NEEDED JUST TO SCAM/RIP MORE MONEY OUT OF THE INSURANCE Avoid these scammers at all cost, was given two weeks to get my car doors repaired but took more than 5 weeks to scam more money from the insurance. 5k repair went over 11k, yes 11k. When I picked up the car it was very dusty inside and outside, minor scratches and they did a really bad job repairing it. Pictures attached. Noticed a small hairline crack on the windshield by the viper, took the car to them right away and the manager said we'll look into it. Now they're putting it on me because I didn't notice it when I picked up the car. When I picked up the car it was dark so nobody could have noticed it, you couldn't even see it from the inside of the car because it's too below the dashboard. They're keep lying to me saying it's a stone chip crack but it's clearly not. THEY ARE LIARS. THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR VEHICLE. DON'T GO TO THESE SCAMMERS EVEN FOR FREE OR YOUR INSURANCE TELL YOU TOO.

Scam artists will turn a fender bender into a total loss.. Not only do they quote parts at much more expensive than they should be, they will quote to repair or replace parts that have NO DAMAGE WHATSOEVER... Get a second opinion; it will save you thousands!!

Brought my 2017 ford focus here from an insurance claim for vandalism where someone keyed my car. Drove my vehicle everywhere and it had no issues, but when I dropped my car off to Don Mor, I never seen it again. They deemed my car unsafe and wrote it off without my permission. Wish I had money for a lawyer because we could make some real money off these thief’s!

I booked an estimate appointment today Thursday 30-11-2023.When I arrived, the agent didn't find my name in the system and said that I booked on Friday 31-11-2023.It is clear that my appointment has been given to another person (lady) and my appointment has been removed.The supervisor was not respectful to me, and she didn't admit her or her colleague's fault but she was rude. She said you have been booked on Friday 31-11-2023 while I assured to her that it is today 30-11-2023. I have the appointment card with me as an evidence.Please never treat your customer by this way again.You can see attached the appointment card as an evidence that my appointment should be today 30-11-2023. It is sent by fax.Your service was below the expectations and your behaviour was really rude. You don't deserve to be Tier 1 vendor at all.

Stay away at all costs! These guys are not to be trusted as they take full advantage of an insurance claim so they, and their partners can make lots of money off you. I am appalled that Intact recommends this company and I have issued a complaint about them. I had a small dent on my fender and they tried to tell me my car was not safe to drive…even though I drove it home 6 hours after the accident. The held my car hostage and would not release it, had to call the insurance company for them to release it which they finally did. Terrible customer service including eye rolling and no ability to listen to logic. Went to Fix Auto and they took some pictures and that was that. Best to have some knowledge before you go there as they will take full advantage of your situation...just don’t go there.Update...I have attached pictures of the damage that Don Mor concluded my car was unsafe...2 small scratches on my rim. Now, the person who viewed my car was not a mechanic but somehow determined that these 2 small scratches made my car unsafe, even after driving home from Ottawa! Have a look for yourself and you tell me these guys aren't doing whatever they can to make as much from an insurance claim as possible! Stay away!!According to my broker, Intact only deals with Enterprise for car rentals but here, they do things their own way and will set you up with Budget...because "it is cheaper". Very very shaddy business.I went to FixAuto and everything was done as it should have been with no drama, no bulls**t, and nothing but the best customer experience you could get. Again, stay away and go to FixAuto and you will be happy.

Wife had to take her car there, welcoming service top of the line, they even helped her to switch the car seat to the rental car she was getting, they even helped her secured it and all 5*'sBUT when it was time to return the rental they called her 45 minutes prior to closing for the day, we live on hydepark ( imagine the traffic at 4:15 pm)She had to be there before closing otherwise we would have to pay for another day of rental out of our own packet. She got there and they didn't even helped her with the car seat because of "liability" ( how come they did the first time ? Same ppl ) they rush her to get out as they were about to close, my wife and son had to wait another 30 minutes outside before i even got there from work!She couldn't go anywhere Definitely not the most pleasant experience, they need to work on their ppl skills and be more compassionate specially when a child is presentService: Auto body & trim repair

I would not recommend this establishment. I saved for months and months on end to get the rust repaired on my car. When I originally took it in they said they could fix it, and there was no mention of "these cars are known for rust in the 1/4 panels and we won't warranty it if the rust comes back" on the contrary he made me feel like the opposite was true. but this time when they looked at it it only took them 10 seconds for that to be the excuse for them to not fix it. It's funny they say whatever it takes when you're putting money in there hands, but when it comes time to back up the work, it's just excuses and back peddling. There are thousands of these cars on the road without the quarter panels been rotted out, in fact I've never seen one that looks as bad as mine do now. .AND THAT'S THE TRUTH.You didn't advise anything, because if you did I wouldn't of spent 2000$. And only after 2 years the rust is somehow 10 times worse? No, you got money congratulations.. I only hope people read this and think twice before coming to you. And there plenty of these model years with no rust issues at all. Just more excuses.

Very friendly and responsive staff. From the first meeting to assess the damage, to picking up my car fully repaired, fully cleaned inside and out, ready when they said it would be. The Hertz staff was waiting for me when I dropped my car off and I was able to leave the rental right at CARSTAR, when I picked up my car. No hassel, stream-lined service. No one wants a body repair but, if you need excellent service and workmanship CARSTAR is the choice.Thank you for the service!

Worst place to take your vehicle for repair. They absolutely miss everything they should be checking before giving the car back to the customer.Mine was given with no engine oil, messy interior (grease, oil stain, dust, broken tool parts, etc.), and boot flooded with water.The car windshield started leaking during the first rain after repair.Hatchback door had a huge gap (which they argued that it is how Honda makes it).Had to go 9 times to get things done.Strached my alloys (worth 3k), and they said its my fault.Never ever take any sort of vehicle to them unless you wanna punish someone.

The patience and care shown by the staff here is impeccable! The staff was great from drop off to pick up! Kate especially , as she went above and beyond and stayed an extra 30 min on hold with my insurance trying to fix their mess up! I had my car repaired here twice now. Both times were very easy for me. The repairs were completed to a very high standard. I am not able to find any flaws or mistakes in the repairs. Great job! The staff in the office were friendly, patient and easy to work with. The woman behind the front desk (I wish I could remember her name) seemed to be orchestrating the whole operation while maintaining a calm and professional attitude. Great work! Installed wheel bearing in my Fiancé’s car, after taking my car into my local mechanic, they found that wheel bearing to be in need of replacement after only two months. The receptionist I spoke with about the issue was very rude. She transferred me to another gentleman who was helpful and said he would call me back to see if they could give me a replacement wheel bearing as they were unable to give me a refund they never called back.
