“When my car broke down, I was terrified about how limited my options would be for purchasing a replacement. I am in a consumer proposal, so going to any dealership and picking a new car was not an option for me. When I found Ezee Credit in London, and met with Cristiana, all of my worries dissolved. She worked tirelessly to make sure I got a vehicle that was a great fit for me, within my credit and budget limitations. I did not make it easy for her, she stayed late with me on a Friday night to test drive the options she had prepared for me, based on my list of requests. She also came back the next morning (her day off) to let me test drive again to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my soon to be purchase. The entire process was straight forward and Cristiana really took the time to explain things to me and talk things through with me, I can never thank her enough for her support and guidance while I very emotionally navigated through my first experience having to face my credit situation. I felt dignified the entire time, which was VERY important to me. The selection of vehicles is amazing, I never once had a concern I was going to be sent away in something junky for a quick sale to the low budget bad credit girl. “Rented car for a day with ease. Smooth and swift sign up, superb customer service. Vehicle was ready when I got there, was upgraded from sedan to beauty Mazda cx5 brand new 2025, was cleaned and ready for my arrival. Took all of maybe ten minutes from showing up to driving away including the less than five minutes walk around inspection (scheduled on the phone the day prior which was also surprisingly painless and all of two minutes. ) .. and got complimentary ride back to where I was going after dropping off the keys ! Felt very VIP treatment, recommend and day ?”

During my rental I had to make a last minute extension to the rental and did it easily through the link I got sent from enterprise through text.
