Service Advisor was great. Just dissapointed in the price to get 2 headlight bulbs replaced. Aparantly they had to take the grill off my ram to get to the bulbs. $280.

I usually carry a bag since I don't drive, I was always treated like a thief whenever I shopped at ANY Canadian Tire or Mark's wearhouse store owned by ctc. what a pathetic company! They don't deserve the 1 star rating which is the minimum for a review.
I've stopped spending any money at any such store since long time ago even though I'm patriotic and prefer to buy everything Canadian and local.
Now I shop at its competitors such as Walmart and Home Depot where I'm treated like a king.

Staff not overly willing to help. Was told they were “not allowed” to touch my car key fob - I said “just help me open it, I can change the battery, I’ve done it before.” But when it became difficult to lodge open and finally did, pieces went all over the counter. Now more reason no one would help me. Same associate who got me the battery and heard being called back to help, suddenly disappeared around the aisle. All I wanted was someone to watch me and assist by watching - I would do - two heads better than one. Nope. Auto parts associate said no one could help and was the least bit interested. Nice, I replied. I’ll just stay stranded in London. Finally auto guy comes out, is asked to help me out, and does so without question. He took his time until certain everything was right and working. A helping hand that hurt no one, not detrimental to the store. Graham, I thank you again. For being a stand up guy who had no problem helping a customer and got her on her way. THE only associate at this location willing to help and polite. HE gets 4 stars. Location gets 2. If that.

As a newcomer here, I did not have enough knowledge regarding winter tires, but thanks to Sir Mike, he assisted me and gave me some tips and advice. This place is highly recommended to parents just like me who have kids because they have a playroom section, which you can let your kids play while doing some transactions.
