Just came back, got my jeep washed. $15+, and it still dirty! Surface dirt still on it! Been there 10 times over for washes and the last few have been horrible. I will take money to SUDS! They do a much better job.

Avoid this gas station. Nothing but issues the last 4 times I’ve been there. From pumps stopping randomly mid fill to not working at all. Gas station clerk is too busy every morning with her boyfriend there talking (drives a black Honda) to handle issues that arise with the pumps or discuss concerns. As a Suncor employee I’m embarrassed by the morning station attendant and pure disregard for customer service.

I called to see if I could get my tank filled and buddy came through. Saved my life thank you so much. Great customer service I'll be going out of my way to use this location, hands down the best CT gas station on london. Best customer service by far

Getting gas last night, 9 pm? Saw attendant and another person smoking right outside the shop. I thought “that’s probably bad practice” but said nothing and pumped gas. Attendant then dropped lit cigarette on ground in order to go inside and tend to a customer, his comrade continued to puff away. I decided to take a picture once the attendant came back, but said nothing. He then proceeded to yell across the lot at me that he was “within regulations”, took one last haul and fired the cigarette into the ground and crushed it out in a puff of sparks. I told him I’ll ask his boss, he yelled a few things back at me and returned back to his station, his comrade followed. Regulation or not, super bad practice, and maybe something to look at changing. Totally makes people uncomfortable, especially once he started yelling at me. I’ll include a picture.

Super friendly. Was running late as they close at 7pm on Monday for propane got there a min after 7 and he was all closed up. But he opened up to help me out, really appreciated it. Great service

Attendant got mouthy with us as we videoed him smoking near the gas bar talking with his friends as a patron waited inside. He left the cigarette burning on the ground when he went in to attend to the customer finally. He told us with much attitude he’s ‘within regulation’ - meaning 10 feet away. Is it within regulation to mouth off to your customers?

Stopped to get gas tonight at 9:30 pm cause the petro Canada showed 1.23 as I passed byThe attendant was closing up but he turned it back on and was charging me 126.1I told him about petro being 1.23 and he said we don’t compete with petro maam..I canceled the fillup and went back to petroleum and filled up my carSo much for lost sales mister.. bet your company might have something to say about this

Just went to gas up (9:20pm), owners were standing outside the store, all lights on. Husband got out of car owners yelled "we are closed!" Told us after questioning the 10pm closure stated on Google Maps that they closed at 9pm on Sundays. If that's the case then a) change it online and b) SHUT YOUR DAMN LIGHTS OFF!

Wishing there was a Zero Star rating, so I could offer it. Absolutely disappointed by the experience and treatment from attendant named Pankaj at the Canadian Tire Gas on Wonderland Rd South in London. He was rude and unhelpful when I tried to claim my 48 Hrs Weather Guarantee on my Car Wash Ticket because it rained overnight, that's what make the Canadian Tire Carwash worth the higher then average price worth it, especially in the Fall/Winter. This attendant made up some arbitrary rule that Ultimate Car Wash 4 for 3 Pak isn’t eligible for the 48 Hrs Weather Warranty. Pls see attached picture of Coupon, nowhere does it exclude it. Based on this disappointing and unsatisfactory Customer Service Experience, I do not recommend dealing with this location.

Boot section was hard to find sizesPrices were hard to locate so I just didn’t buy items without prices….
