Great service, Sammy helped my kids today stuff the animals, also excellent sales pitch with the special they had going on. Our girls were happy and really enjoyed the experience with the new hedgehog and puppy they got to bring home. 10/10 Sammy should be running the joint?

We had an amazing experience due to Sean! (think his name is Sean) but he is amazing ? As a 23 year old who was really excited to get a bear for my valentines day gift to replace my childhood bear that was lost during moving I'm very happy I decided to go to the London ontario location as I wanted a personal heart beat machine put in and wasnt sure if it would fit or not! Well sean took his time to perfectly fit the machine in then he hand sewed it back up! He was so kind and patient and really made the experience amazing! I will definitely be bringing my kids back. Hopefully, their bears can be as special as mine was and still is to me!It's so much more then just teddy bears! but it's the experience of "building" the bear and customizing it!and having great employees really makes Build-A-Bear special and memorable! Thanks again Sean!

My dearest boyfriend (we are homosexual) got me the sweetest gift, personalizing a message to me with the voice box. To my shock and dismay, the worker finished stuffing the bear and SLAMMED IT on the counter saying “here’s your bear”. WOW. I am shocked by this. Never have I experienced such an incredible disservice. I can’t help but think that it’s because of our sexual orientation and my boyfriend’s nationality. Please do better.

I went to Masonville Mall to seek help with ordering a bear online. The two ladies working there made my day. They went above and beyond to help get this bear ordered as it said no deliveries in Canada. It took a while to figure this out. Huge shoutout to the two ladies that went above and beyond. ❤️

I took my daughter here today to celebrate having her cast removed. Sammy and Emi went an extra mile to make the occasion an extra special and memorable experience she won't forget any time soon! Good job guys!!!!

For the past two years, I have made the trip with my son to build his birthday bear. This year, was a little different as my 2 year old was more interactive and curious as to what was going on. We had a WONDEFUL experience with Sean. I don't normally praise customer service, but he was the kindest sales associate I have ever dealt with. Thank you for such a positive experience!
