Ty was super friendly and made our build a bear shopping very enjoyable. He had a very fun attitude that added a lot to the experience. My bear is great quality and super cute. A great place to get an extra special stuffie.

I came here with my brother to get build-a-bears for Christmas and we had so much. The staff were very friendly and made our experience amazing, especially Ty, who stuffed and assembled our bears. Great staff make all the difference so I really appreciate Ty’s positivity and engagement with us.
