Great store with good variety of products. Customer service was outstanding, Pina was so helpful while we were there. She helped us decide on a bench based on my room and made every effort to make sure we found a product we liked that wasn’t in store by calling other stores for us. Will definitely be back to finish furnishing my place.

My favourite furniture store in London because of its selection variety as well as friendly staff willing to accommodate customer’s needs The store is clean beautifully well organized to browse and I had a great deal at the store clearance section. In terms of online experience, bouclair website is very convenient to find items at any time and helpful for me to find what I want to buy before visiting the actual store. I couldn’t decide between two different style chairs during online shopping but I was able to decide clearly after sitting those chairs at the store. The store didn’t have the chair I decide to buy except one Demo but the manager Melissa placed an order brand new chairs delivered to our home. Conveniently whole Shipping and delivery process was timely updated by email as well as text message and they are delivered 3days after my purchase. Good experience with Bouclair I will definitely visit again

Was just in the store to purchase some artwork. One of the pieces was only on the wall. I was informed by a staff member that it was the last one & couldn’t be taken off the wall. Your loss I was looking at 2 additional pieces. Guess you don’t need the sales. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Terrible experience, even worse customer service. The store reeks of incense and fragrance, which seems poorly thought out given that 19% of the population experiences headaches and other symptoms from fragrance sensitivities and allergies. What a way to drive out customers and discourage browsing!
It took over 15 minutes to return an item (despite there being no line at the cash) because the associate manning the cash register failed to print a receipt for the refund before closing out the transaction and then indicated that she had no way of finding the transaction again as I did not provide my email for privacy reasons. I waited ten minutes for the manager to print the receipt - I never did receive an apology from any employee for the inconvenience and unnecessary delay and am currently experiencing a headache from spending far longer in the heavily fragranced environment than was necessary.
While I was there, another woman had waited 25 minutes to pick up an online order, only to be told that they couldn’t find it and needed to refund her anyways.
With a variety of other similar stores in this plaza, I see no reason to ever go back here.

This is the best furniture store in Canada! not only the modern designs and the quality! but also the customer service!!! I always have issues with customer service! but with bouclair they always go above and beyond!
I recommend this store 100% especially when have sale!!

I'd never been to a Bouclair before, but I saw an ad and was looking for some new decor for my office. Their stuff is great, and the prices were really decent. Great staff too. New go-to place when the house or office needs sprucing up for sure.

The moment you walk in, you get hit with a magnificent smell, beautiful looks, and a calm feeling . Staff is friendly and welcoming. Depending on your budget, this is a good place for nice decor.

Great when there are deals on. They have really fun and more unique stylish items but their prices are SO expensive. I usually only come here when they have sales.
