“A fantastic used bookstore, absolutely packed full with a wide array of genres. Walking into the book addict is like walking back in time, aisles stacked high with classics and smells that distinct book smell. I saw stories I haven't seen in 25 year years and read as a child. I walked away wondering when I can come back again and browse, as there's so many books to buy.
I left having spent $30 on 4 novels, all relatively newer releases and was delighted with the woman running the counter, she was polite and friendly.
I'll be back again, and again. Happy to have found a gem in the city.”

“Even I go to Indigo Book Store just beside Pet Smart across the busy road by Fanshawe Park Road. Very helpful staffs, the store manager helped me find a manga book I traded of a magazine I got from Indigo Book Store there one time and it was a nice customer service on my last visit there at Coles bookstore. If you cannot find the books or items at Indigo Book Store. You have a better chance finding one at Coles bookstore inside Masonville Mall on the Fanshawe Park Road side beside the food court. The staffs and the manager was very nice, patient and the best service. I have so much respect for him, and he said that you can trade your magazines for any books now. I am so happy to this day. I will visit again soon. Both Coles and Indigo in the Masonville location have the best service!”

The staff are exceedingly friendly, and always around if you need help finding anything. They're all avid readers so they are able to recommend a book for you in most sections of the store.
Most of the employees have been there for more than a year so it's almost like they appear out of thin air just when you turn your head to look for help, even in the most remote regions of the store. Lol. They'll know how to find the item you're looking for without doing multiple laps around the building.. with you in tow.
The inventory is always current, so you won't be days or even weeks behind reading your book club's newest selection.
When you first walk in right beside the "New Releases" section, there is the "Staff Picks" collection. Ive read many of the books they display here, and my time has not been wasted. They have taste and clearly intelligence to go with it. (I mean that in all sincerity). Lol.
For parents there is a rather HUGE children's section. There are books, toys, and even clothes for your little one.
I almost forgot to mention there is a pretty large clearance area straight through the store near the washrooms that holds a treasure or two for anyone, in any genre, even various candles, bookmarks, kitchen ware, decor, accessories, or whatnot.
You could spend a comfortable few hours browsing their wares and not even realize it!”

“I have been getting my books here for years. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of books and Bibles, gifts, toys and a childrens section. They keep the store so clean and organized . They will even order a book for you if it is not on the shelf. Such a pleasant experience!”
