Low quality clothing that is too expensive. The holiday “discounts“ are not good. One of the workers was walking around the store coughing and they weren’t wearing a mask. This is my first and last time coming here.

Horrible experience. I ordered Doc Martens online and used after pay, returned in store for a smaller size. They did it as a return where I received $190 back, then payed $190 to them. I still have to pay the installment pays. So in the end I will be paying $290 for one pair of Doc Martens. They won't even offer store credit. Very disappointed in Boathouse.
