My daughter and I recently went into blue notes as she was in need of Summer clothes. Clothing shopping is not always an easy task since my daughter Has a few tactile issues when it comes to fabric and clothing. A very friendly sales person named Carley greeted us and offered us assistance. When I explained my daughter's issues, Carley was not only empathic she was extremely patient and helpful. Carley took the time to show us the items we were searching for as well as explain all the sales happening in store. There were so many good deals my daughter was able to get everything she needed and I got the savings I needed. Thank you Carley for everything, your customer service is on point. You've gained a couple of regular customers!

Products are somewhat "different" than usual cookie-cutter styles as in Walmart kind of stores, great variety of graphic tees, pants, shorts and a bit for everyone !!! The team members are always there to great you and feel welcomed and glad to help you know what's on sale, promotions and how to save if possible. They make you respected. Always leave with feeling that it was a positive shopping experience!!! Somethings changed since the last time I was in but must say it's a significant positive change already and look forward to shopping at bluenotes masonville

Please fire the Asian angry looking dude.Never in my life had this kind of awful shopping experience. I was looking at the tees at this store and I was trying to find my size. Meanwhile the Asian guy was making awful faces at me and my other friends as well. Then he came up to me while I was looking for my tee sizes. He rudely tells me not to mess them unless if I’m buying them. How in the world am I supposed to buy them without looking at the sizes? Never in my life had any employees tell the customer not to look at the clothes. How do you expect customers to buy it without looking for their sizes???? Why is the store open if we are supposed to not look around? Close the store and make it online if that’s what you want. That Asian guy needs 100000+ years of customer service training. Know how to talk to your customers.

Manager mistreats employees horribly. I overheard some rather disgusting verbal abuse, name calling, & threatening to withhold pay to a (seemingly) young employee. Made the whole shopping experience negative. I have worked retail in Masonville for years, often shopping at Bluenotes on breaks and have NEVER witnessed anything so awful before.I will not be purchasing anything from here again & will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid shopping, applying, etc., here as well.Extremely disappointed in the manager’s behaviour. You should be ashamed of yourself.If head office has any smarts at all, they should swiftly replace him.

If I could give 0 starts I would. VERY poor customer service. The asian guy at the cash register snobbily refused to let my bf try on shorts 10 mins before store closing, stating "the fitting room is closed for the night." Never heard that in my LIFE in any retail store. Literally would have taken 1 minute to try on. He didn't get the shorts, better look elsewhere and not deal with people who don't know anything about customer service. I used to work in food service and would serve customers when the store was literally CLOSED, 10 mins before closing is not acceptable to refuse customers!

Love everyone else in this store but Zack! He's terrible! He'll hustle you into thinking he's giving you a "special deal" but change the prices on the till, not to mention he's rude! How is this guy still working? He needs to be fired asap

Zack was extremely disrespectful towards my daughter and me. Telling a teenage girl she’s too fat and laughing to himself about it after, is completely unacceptable! His answer to everything, not my job? What exactly does he think his job is? Being entitled and rude to customers? Will never shop at Bluenotes ever again.

I have always had great help from the female staff. So much so that I recommend to everyone I know, to go to that Bluenotes store to find/buy the perfect fitted jeans. The female employees are SUPER helpful and clearly know women come in all shapes and sizes. It can be hard for women to deal with insecurities when shopping for pants especially. My daughter(16) and 7 of her friends are super excited to do thier back to school shopping. I had told her previously to go to B.N's for jeans as they fit so well and she is tall and lean. After reading many of the bad reviews about Zack, I have told her and her friends to avoid this store. The last thing teen girls (who have been stuck in online classes the past 2 years) need is some ignorant unhelpful male employee making them feel disrespected and insecure about themselves. Sounds like this guy needs to be removed from staff.If he doesn't like people(or females) he clearly needs to stop being allowed to work with the public. As many people have stated they won't be going back because of this guy.I'd give the female staff 5 stars but don't want people to shop there and get dealing with a bad attitude from that guy.

Every time I go there my experience was wonderful but this time Cashier zack was very much rude. Very much bad experience.
