After being disappointed with Telus, my mom and I came here to upgrade our phones. Not only did they have the phones we were looking for, they also had better deals than Telus for plans. We were warmly greeted by both Mel and Mark, and it was a great experience. They were informative and fun. Thank you guys, I'm very happy with my new phone and plan.

Rude, asked for help:1. Employees sat on their phones.2. Employees were aloof and totally unhelpful.3. Employee was pretty rude when I asked about price matching directly from the Canadian webpage. OnePlus is on sale and they wouldn’t honour the price.4. I’ll never be back.5. Hire people who actually want to work. Not people who sit on phones and do nothing and make customers feel like garbage!6. Went to the Best Buy across the street and they honoured the price. What is going on in this store? They didn’t care that it was a student discount.

I recently updated my phones to Apple 13. The associate, Denise who helped me was very courteous and took the time to get the purchase done, helped with transferring data to my new phones and tried to get me the best deal with the carrier. She took the time to answer questions and I was very pleased with her service!

Best buy made me buy a protection plan for my phone saying I could bring it back if anything happens and they'll give me a new phone. Now when I want to get a new phone coz if a crack on my camera protection screen, they want an additional "service fee" $225. I get it if that's how they work but I feel they should have let me know if there was going to be an additional fee at which case I wouldn't have bought the phone at all. I went to speak with their customer service and all they could say was they feel my anger and frustration but there's nothing they could do and none of the staff have protection plans for their phone.Edit:- Hey best buy, guess what, i I called you to "discuss" my anger and frustrations and they generously offered me to cancel the plan and refund the last month fee which is $15 when I have paid close to $225 over the past year. Im sooo happy with your customer service... truly exceptional!

The worst best buy experience,their two associates are very rude and they sold me an iPhone for which I’m paying double the amount I was told by them and now they refuse to take back the phone, they are simply scamming students. Forced me to change my network provider because they did some stupid mistake, didn’t even apologise for that ???

Went to the mobile store inside masonville mall to upgrade my phone and was given excellent service. Knowledgeable and accomodating staff. Highly recommended.

Felt so insulted by 2 associates in the store. Their customer service is 0. Came back to return my phone and they refused to take it back saying it is out of their policy. Refusal should be in a polite way rather than stepping back, sit back on the chair pick up your personal phone and say we are not taking returns it is out of our policy. So rude that they started showing their policy in a rude way by pulling out some paper. I was guaranteed to return the phone until jan 11th but they straight away denied that it does not apply to phones. Spoke with customer service over the phone and they said you can still return it until jan 11th and asked me to go to another best buy. These 2 associates were different than who sold the phone to me. Only if I had their names I would have mentioned it.
