I switched from Telus business to Bell. There were some hiccups, but Yash, really went the extra mile for me and made sure everything was working. I’m happy with the new price and all of the staff are very friendly at the White Oaks location.

Kinnaly helped me set up a stand alone phone plan for my son’s Apple smart watch. She took the time to work with my phone plan, cellphone and his watch to set everything up for us! She was patient, kind and very knowledgeable. I was so impressed with her problem solving skills and she did everything she could to ensure the success of the set up. I was beyond thrilled Kinnaly could help us as Bell is the only phone provider in Ontario that I could find that would give my son his own phone number for his watch but didn’t need his own cell phone. The add on plan was $15/month which is very reasonable. I am so pleased to have found such a capable and helpful communication specialist. I will definitely be going back and recommending my friends and family to go to Bell at White Oaks Mall.

I have dealt with bell for many years, never have I been promised so much and received so little. We were promised a shared data plan with my daughters phone, and internet that would be cheaper and faster. We got none of that, I would recommend you call bell or just deal with another location. Also, Yash, I hope you hit your numbers for September, and just so you know I have spent several hours on the phone trying to fix your mistakes.

THANK YOU to the amazing staff at this store!! The manager who was in today as well as Emily and Scott were amazing. They went above and beyond. I'm a already a Bell customer and I stupidly locked my keys and phone in my car. These guys got me set up with a new SIM card and a loaner phone temporarily so I could log in to my car's app and let myself back in, saving me hours and a ton of money if I had to call a lockout company. Then they cut my home internet costs in half while I was working on the situation with the loaner phone by getting me a deal that was amazing compared to our current provider. Thank you so much to the incredible staff here! Bell customer for life!!
