I ordered a pair of shoes on their website. When I realized I chose the wrong size, I called them and they were extremely helpful in immediately switching out the size for me. Shipping was fast and shoes are great. Extremely satisfied with their service and products.

Neat place. I'm not a runner (at least, not at the moment) but I'm a coffee drinker and I'm always looking for cool places to hold business meetings, and this place is perfect. Great ambience, great coffee, and enough people coming through that it feels vibrant but not distractingly busy. The people working there are great too. The fact that they're running a retail store attached to a coffee shop really creates a unique and cool vibe.

Walked out empty handed but perfect score. Wife and I went in to buy some shoes for an upcoming trip. Chris spent a bunch of time with us and found shoes that felt great for both of us. Unfortunately they didn't have the colours we wanted in stock, so Chris showed us what was in stock on the manufacturers site and advised us to order. After unsuccessfully looking around big box stores for shoes earlier in the day, the customer service from the staff went way above and beyond. We enjoyed a drink on the bar/cafe side before leaving too. Will absolutely return next time we're looking and happily recommend to friends.

To be honest, I was intimidated for awhile to go here as I am not a runner, nor athletic at all. But, I love checking out cafes & taprooms and it did not disappoint. The gentleman who served me was super friendly and welcoming! Coffee was great and the beer selection is amazing.

I love this store!! Can’t imagine I will ever buy my shoes anywhere else. This time I needed a trail-shoe. Wow! These shoes have come a long way since the days of taupe, utilitarian “hiking” shoes (as evidenced in the photo below) and Chris was very helpful (as always). He really knows his shoes and the technology behind each of those offered - I appreciate that and put these new ones to the test today on the trails for the first time! There is no “breaking them in”. They look great (colour mattered to me) are super comfy and give me the confidence of stability from the technology re: the support in the shoe. Amazing thanks again Chris!

I have been here before for the "brews" (the cafe is a great space) but this is my first time for the "shoes" ... and I will never shop anywhere else again. Chris has solid technical knowledge to help with my shoe selection, insightful, helpful and very person-centred service (yet, still able to greet those that walked in - often by name). Great selection (lovely colours ...), easy parking. Well done!
