Bought “brand new” upgraded battery only to find out with smart charger that it was already used and charged 28 times !!! Battery is 3 weeks old, charged and used by my son a total of 4 times ! Battery is already distorted and all swollen up. Went back to the store with the battery, with the receipt on hand and they refused to do warranty or even help for that matter !
Couldn’t even provide me with the battery manufacturer phone number !
I was told to look online !
They take your money, they do not stand behind the product they sell and customer service is inexistent !
This place is all about making the quick $$!

Great local hobby shop with all the standard fair. What they don't have in store they can usually order and have in within the week. Definitely worth checking out if you're in town.

Meh. OK shop. Nothing I was wanting was in stock. I try to shop locally whenever I can. The wait times were longer than I was willing to wait unfortunately.
Although I hate supporting Amazon, that was the direction I took. In the mailbox next day
Great store though. Lots of traxxa parts will definitely be back

I didn't end up buying anything YET! These guys were super nice. I walked in with my 5 year old son and I let them know that I don't know what I was looking for or even how much things cost these days but they still treated us like we've been going there for years. Very friendly, knowledgeable and we're not pushy in anyway. Can't wait to come back and buy one. Thanks guys.

Awesome store RC Monster trucks boats and parts battery and more for the monster truck hobbest needs .good help and knowledge about there stuff. Very friendly . I wish I lived closer I would be there everyday.
