My sales representative was Dustin who was willing to spend all the time with me from testing driving 2 different models to answering my questions about the cars, to helping me choose the options and deciding on the right model for me which was the A6. The day I picked up my Audi A6 was awesome. The presentation was top shelf. Again Dustin again spent a lot of time with me answering any questions I had. “I will never take my truck anywhere else, everyone was amazing to deal with everyone was friendly and had vast knowledge. Lee did an absolutely amazing job re-installing and wiring my sound system (alsoadding some new components to it) and taking the time to show me what he did and how everything works. Even after i took my truck i had a brainfart and had to circle back and they were more than happy to help me figure it out even though i caught them after they closed, just all in all amazing people and very clean work and resonably priced.Deffinately the place to go if you want someone to care about the quality of work as much as you do.”

“When I needed a solenoid, it was in stock behind the counter. Browsed a bit and found an inexpensive air gun and 50’ rubber hose on sale cheaper than anywhere. All fluids on the shelves. I wanted a particular edelbrock spacer, they ordered it, and I had it two days later. Pay in advance, get a real ETA. But it’s the STAFF that make all the difference. Walk in and someone will ask if they can help, within a couple minutes. They pool their knowledge. 100% I’ll drive past that tire store to get here. Fanshawe Pk Rd W. London. ?????”

who doesn't want access to the biggest selection from one of the best part stores in the area ? As a avid car enthusiast and backyard mechanic myself I personally use these guys alot ! They've saved me and the boys 100'$ if not 1000'$ of dollars on parts

They wouldn't take VISA over the phone (due to bad past $$ experience), so requested I send an e-transfer.
Well, as you know, there is no recourse with an e-transfer, so I was skeptical.
Steve, realizing this, took time to reassure me by texting photos of the mirror, boxed and labeled, ready to go!
It was the easiest transition, saving me time and gas, from making the drive to London and back.
