Not overly impressed. My truck was in for a simple rear bumper replacement and a scratched tailgate. They did the tailgate repair ok but left my trailer hitch wiring harness port loose and protruding from the bumper. They also cut the bracket holding my spare tire hoist port and jammed it back (almost in place) hoping I wouldn’t notice. They did order the new part after I complained about it and I had to return and wait for it to be fixed. Very poor attention to detail - I won’t be going back to them again.

The Best Folks in this business in Town!!
Over the past few years, I have consulted with Chris about various matters. He always had time to consult with me, and he always assisted me without charge!
Although my matters were minor (major to me) Chris was always helpful and kind.
The Good Character of any business is the Good Character of the Folks that run the business!
Thanks, Chris, for being a Good Man in this business and in this world!

Extremely satisfied by the great work done by Assured Automotive on my vehicle.... The entire staff especially Chris and Stephanie are amazing people. They have been most professional, friendly, courteous and always available to help. The vehicle repairs were done sooner than expected and not just that, any after service support from Assured Automotive is excellent. I would highly recommend their services for your vehicle.

The team at Assured Auto was wonderful, friendly, excellent at communicating, excellent level of detail in the body work, very understanding of our life circumstances and went above and beyond in both the work completed on my SUV but also in arranging a rental for the duration of the repairs. Highly recommend!

Took almost 3 mos to get parts which is the norm everywhere these days. Job was done well but updates from them about projected time frame for parts would be nice instead of me calling in.

The whole team was great to deal with and very pleased with the final product! Our van had about 10k worth of damage done all down the passenger side due to getting t boned and you can't even tell it was ever in a collision.
