It appears that the business has been sold and Ben is no longer the owner. The past 7 years going to Arrow Auto I was accustomed to great communication, practical solutions, and timely service. These guys knew my car better than I did and would work with me to determine the issue I came in for. My last visit(s) were disappointing to say the least and I did not receive the same service. The lot is now filled with vehicles and the staff are clearly operating at double the capacity now which sacrifices the customer service that Ben had originally created.

Excellent customer service the staff was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating . I was given a ride back to my home and picked up again for absolutely no charge zThe office appears very clean and organized and the receptionist is very kind and made me feel comfortable while I waited to speak with the Mechanic . The staff all seemed very happy to be there with their apprentice appearing very eager to please the customer .Service: Transmission

Love this place! I’ve been here 3 times in the past 2 years and each time had a wonderful, easy experience. I had my car detailed yesterday, as well as a brake service and oil change. One of the mechanics, Dave, is very knowledgeable and gives honest advice and does great work. Thanks again!!

This shop gives top tier customer service. They take the time to make sure you understand what is happening but they also just take the time to make sure everything is right on your vehicle. They stayed almost 4 hours late on a Friday to make sure my car was ready for the weekend and so I didn't need to come back.I appreciate that they are extremely friendly and understanding as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

They give great service, I just had my tires replaced and an alignment, my steering wheel is finally straight, had the dealership supposedly correct this from the factory, it was never aligned. In the past they have replaced several windshields, always great to deal with.

When compare to the other wheels and tire store across the street is easy to see why arrow auto is smaller, can’t have bad price and bad customer service at the same time. Slippery slopeEdit (to answer whatever rude comment you have to say about my review):Google Review is a place where people share their experience of the business establishment.The audacity to question the existence of my name and SHAME me for giving a honest review of my interaction goes to show what kind of interaction I had with you and that is why I did not give you my business. Instead I gave my business to the other shop on the same street who patiently spent the time to look at my options and provided better pricing than ArrowAuto. It's not hard to see why they have twice as much as customers with better review. Instead of taking constructive criticism on your customer service you decided to insult me. I could have gave you a 1 star but I didn't, I gave you two stars because am being truthful, and your business is below average as a wheel and tire shop.Govern yourself,Jeremy Yin

Drove from Ottawa to London. Saw my tire on my rear end was pretty much bald. They got me in within a day and had my tires replaced within 24hrs. Appreciate the service and how easy they made everything. Not sure how prices compare to everywhere else but good people, nonetheless!
