Love aritzia’s clothing but their employees make me feel unwanted every time I go there. I went in today and didn’t even want to look around because as soon as I walked in 3 employees saw me, not one greeted me or asked if I needed help but greeted the other groups of girls that entered the store right after me that I guess “fit their standards”. I kept getting looks like I was being judged and that I wasn’t welcomed, I even smiled at a worker and she literally turned her head the other way. Was probably in there for not even 5 minutes without feeling so uncomfortable. Will be doing my shopping online. Please hire nicer people so I can come in comfortably to look around/shop hope this helps thanks:)

If I could give minus stars I would as some of the staff were overbearing and rude when my daughter and myself were shopping for their always found key chains. We were approached repeatedly by multiple staff members. One staff person in particular kept coming towards us and even grabbed at the key chains that my daughter was holding. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a store before. There was some staff that were nice. But our experience was not! Shame on the ones that make people feel uncomfortable shopping.

Went here today, once again being the only person of colour in my friend group I was specifically ignored and while my friends all got helped and got their sizes for them, I was completely ignored. I don’t plan to return to this aritzia, as they do seem to be quite discriminatory

Usually I’m nervous to walk into aritzia, but Nicole made this entire experience 10/10. I would absolutely return based on my experience with her. She was friendly, knowledgeable on all the stuff they carried in the store, happy to swap out sizes and suggest other things for me to try on. Really great shopping experience today - thank you.

Sad sad sad! I cannot pick one bad experience, but many , over the years. I also read the reviews on here , and Aritzia needs to change the overall 'mood, and feel ' of the store. Sales staff /associates, etc.., seem to have the same judgemental , 'better than you' attitude. I have bought for my daughters, and the odd time for myself, in store. Each and every time , the staff are sure to make me feel unwanted. I can also be somewhat intimidated , as almost all staff are tiny to small body frame, and beautiful .
The problem tells me , it starts from the top, from the CEO, the managers, the marketers. These are the people that display the stores , staff the stores, and build the character for Aritzia.
Lets make some changes , as women we have come a long long way from being 'less than' , and from a time where women were not respected, and more or less like objects on display.
Hire a diverse group of ladies/women! Hire women who are 'real' in heart and body.
I suggest to check out LuluLemon , they represent women in a way that makes me proud . Proud to be a mom of 2 young daughters, (who are not perfect) and unlike Aritizia, I can leave feeling the same walking in the store, as walking out. I feel important , and heard. Do better Aritzia !!!

I had to post this, because of reading the reviews, I soon realized that I was not alone , and many other women feel the same , and they too , had similar experiences with Aritzia /staff.

Literally everytime I walk into this store I feel so judged. Please higher new, nicer employees, who don’t act like they hate you, judge you, or talk to you in a demeaning tone. Everyone who walks into the store feels the same way.

I had the pleasure of meeting Joan who facilitated an exchange for me. I purchased an item recently that unfortunately developed a rip in the material. Joan was pleasant, efficient and very professional. She immediately exchanged it with one in the store. On top of that I wanted a certain top which was not in the store at the moment and she rush ordered it for me to be delivered to my home. Loved the service with a smile today!

Horrible,horrible, horrible. I pre ordered a jacket. The color shown to me on tablet was different to the actual jacket which was given to me. Many more things which are not right about this especially the staff !!!

Any of the sales associates on the floor could have easily made their daily sales target today if they had acknowledged me and helped me to the dressing room but instead they chose to stare meanly at me while I was holding at least ten items in my arms as they went up to white shoppers who were only holding single items to take them to dressing rooms.The white girls who work here are just people who never grew out of their teen queen phase from high school even though they’re working minimum wage at a chain store.I felt humiliated and dehumanized. I went up to the cash and asked if they had a dress in a smaller size and the girl immediately said no and I ended up only buying two things out of several things I was hoping to buy but got scared out of.I had a better experience at the Square One location to compare it to. This Masonville Aritizia location isn’t worth your time or mental energy if you’re not white.

Had to do an exchange and order a different size online, and it was the quickest and easiest experience I have ever had at Aritzia. I usually go to the Eaton Centre one in Toronto, and i find the employees extremely condescending and passive aggressive but i have to admit the Masonville Aritzia was fantastic. Sarah helped out my sister and I and she was wonderful and very polite :)
