“My old stereo no longer functioned well, and I wanted a new one to enjoy music I've accumulated over the years. Where to begin? I came across Visions Electronics on Wonderland Road, and my customer service experience couldn't have been more rewarding or positive, thanks primarily to Vadi. He took the time to listen to my needs, offered very helpful advice, and was patient. So much has changed in stereos over the years - especially headphones - and Vadi walked me through it all, not only responding to questions but offering helpful advice and points to consider. Pascal was helpful as well particularly as regards speakers. As a result, I purchased a new receiver, turntable, speakers and headphones. Taylor was also helpful with the installation, and Vadi helpfully responded to my post-sale questions as well about using the system. I can't recommend Visions Electronics highly enough, particularly Vadi's exceptional service. It's a pleasure to experience customer service that's not transactional but focussed on meeting customer needs in a friendly, positive, helpful manner. I'll definitely return for future purchases now that I've discovered an electronics store that values customers in the exceptional way that Visions Electronics does.”

“Thanks to Emil for helping with fitting the right size fridge for the opening I had, as well I am grateful for the extra effort Emil made to get the fridge the next day (my fridge was dead). I knew the fit would be tight but with a bit of massage work the fridge fits like a glove. Long and short the fridge works great and I am very happy. “Arooj Baig sold us a fridge yesterday and the shopping experience was one of the most positive purchasing experience I have had in a very long time. She was friendly, patient,
knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me select my new appliance. I had planned on doing my due diligence and shop around at other stores but after going in and meeting arooj, I didn’t waste my time. She listened to my families needs and my fridge preferences and helped me select a few fridges and then discussed with me the pros and cons of each one. Arooj made it simple and hassle-free. I had explained that our fridge died the weekend before school started and we were getting by on a mini fridge and freezer and it was getting really difficult, she listened when I said I was really only available on Tuesdays for the fridge delivery. When it turned out that deliveries to my area occur only on Wednesdays, she went and spoke with management and arranged for our delivery to come in 3 days, on the Tuesday! I was expecting to wait a week or two and have to take a day off work.
Arooj has great energy and isn’t high pressure sales; she listened to my budget and stayed UNDER it.
Needless to say this is my new go-to store for appliances.”

“Harry the appliance manager saved our Christmas, on dec 22 our stove stop heating. As we host Xmas, we needed to have a stove delivered and working the next day. No one could meet the challenge. Then we called Harry at the London south store ,he total came through for us. beautiful stove great price and it was delivered by 2 wonderful delivery guys. Love the stove meal was cooked to perfection and Christmas is saved. Thank you Harry and everyone who helped save our Christmas. Merry Christmas to everyone at Rona.”
