“Was not within the time period mentioned. Mentioned delivery will be between 11:15 am to 2:15 pm. They delivered at 3:15 pm. Did not unpack the sofa, so have to make a run to the garbage depot. Other than that they were friendly and delivered the sofa to the spot I needed it in my living room and left it vertical and told me that it would be easier to unpack like this.”

“The customer service we received today from the owner was beyond outstanding. Six months ago we purchased a Miele canister vacuum, but soon discovered that the angle of the handle really bothered my mom’s hands and arm. On a whim, I contacted McCardy via email to ask if they’d consider a trade. I was informed that returns normally have to be made within 30 days but perhaps an exception could be made. The owner asked for photos which we sent and after a review not only did he allow us to trade the vacuum for something different, he gave us back the full purchase price. This type of customer service is rarely found these days. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation.”
