Visited today in a last-ditch hope of finding repair parts for our avocado colored vintage stove manufactured by a company that was bought out by a much bigger one several decades ago. Phil K searched on their microfiche machine (which I haven't seen since I was much younger at the library, lol) and found a part number. Turns out they still had ONE part left in stock! Can't say enough how happy we were with service and price, and we learned the stove was older than I am 😆

Great people and store supply, but absolutely the worst phone system. Hard to get through to a person at customer service and impossible to call the actual store that you want to talk to.

Great place for appliance and equipment parts! Parts are either in stock or available in days from another Amre site in Canada. Prices are competitive and sometimes cheaper than competitors for OEM parts. Website is excellent for part numbers, replacement part numbers and model compatibility listings. My first choice for online searching. Service staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Had great service from Phil today (London store).
