Excellent, friendly service. They called ahead to let me know that parts needed to be ordered for my TV repair and then confirmed a date for repair. Technician showed up on time and the repair was completed within the hour! Very happy with the repair; the picture is perfect!

They did diagnostics on my 65 inch Curved TV. Unfortunately, it was the screen that was not working. Unable to repair. Quick response less than a week.
A slight bit of discrepancies on Diagnostic pricing, Nothing that couldn’t be sorted out over a phone call.
