Very terrible owner. They fool the customer and play games. In October ,I approached this repair shop for getting the safety check done. The owner said he can clear the safety check though my wind sheild had a small crack. However , he inspected my mercedez and pointed that all four brake pads need to be changed for the safety paper to be issued. Hence, i did get the brake pads changed from there itself. I was billed for the brake pads and safety inspection and i did pay before hand. When I went to pick the car , the owner was fooling me with the statement” we are short of the safety paper unfortunately and I will have to go to another mechanic in downtown, London. He also asked me to pay the bill there and he can refund me for the payment I did in onother shop. I trusted his words and took my vehile there. I was soo dissapointed by the response I received from the other shop mechanic. He said he cannot provide me the safety unless I fix the wind sheild. It is very evident that these people are playing games with the customers. I was behind this for one week and I was soo frustrated. I came back to active green ross shop owner in wonderland oxford location. The response from the owner was shocking, he refunded the payment i made at the other shop that he referred me to and said he cannot provide the safety certificate, if I need it , i need to wait for another three weeks. He charged me for safety paper with the brake pad replacement initially itself. The owner was soo mean when asked for the refund saying that i have to wait for another three weeks, if not your money is gone”. He spoke as if he is providing free repair service to customers. These people should be reported. Please do not fall for their words. I even doubt the authenticity of the products that they install.

Bad service and unprofessional. Made an appointment, they confirmed it and then when I got there the lady said they cannot do the service. Lady at the front was rude and dismissive. Find a better shop, definitely not this one.

After stalling at wonderland and Oxford October 5,2024 I brought my bmw 538i X drive into the green Ross location. After a diagnostic code I was informed I needed plugs and coils my car will be ready by 6. At 3 pm I was told I need injectors as they were plugged and the parts won’t arrive until Monday. Monday came no contact all day with shop , I went in after work and was told they can’t get the injector out and it was the franchise words that upset me “ my staff are too afraid to try “ this should have been communicated to me on the 5th now I’m stuck with my car in there shop and at that point a $857 bill with my car still not working. After I emailed my concerns through the Active Green Ross portal a GM reached out as I explained him my situation; unfortunately he told me that the dealer is the only one who can compensate me for this. Went back in on the Friday dealer then told me he doesn’t have the tool to remove the injector. Following week he informed me he purchased the tool and will try to remove the injector on Monday. No communication again so I went in and he said the injector was replaced but the car still won’t start. My frustration level at this stage is growing. Better take it to the dealer was his reply to me after giving me a $1700 bill to pay car still not fixed. I reluctantly agreed to pay for the car after he discounted my invoice to $1200. Towed the vehicle at my cost to a dealer after looking at the car in 5 minutes he informed me that the diagnostic performed by AGR was wrong it was my drive chain and it will be $2500 and another week to fix it. I feel AGR should be held responsible for this and at minimum refund me my money for the errors they continued to make , also the franchise said to me that if he can’t fix the car he would buy it; obviously that didn’t occur. My advice to anyone would be DO NOT bring your vehicle there for anything

I called to make an appointment last October Wednesday 9-2024! The appointment is related to the Uber safety check! The girl (maybe 20 years old) doesn’t have any idea about it! Finally, I requested the appointment for today Tuesday, Oct 15! 11:30 am! When I arrived the same girl said: we don’t have papers to do Uber safety papers sorry! I asked since when? She said: a long time ago! So, I wasted my time, I need to send that asap to Uber and people without idea just work doing nothing. That’s ridiculous.
Maybe someone needs to explain to her
1- the price list for Uber services inspections. She doesn’t have idea.
2- if she doesn’t have paper to do the Uber check from long time ago, maybe someone need to explain to her to say: sorry we can book your appointment, because with don’t have the documents.
The other secretary said: call the other green + Ross london Ontario. The have the papers. I called: they said: not we don’t do that in this location. So? They are playing with customers or they have 10 min working there? I wasted my time and day!

Like the others I brought my car in for an issue and paid to have it fixed and when there were still issues afterwards, I was told it was another separate issue. I paid way too much money and am still having issues.

Terrible experience, like other previous reviews they claim my car had issues that would cost me a fortune when I knew it was fine. I decided to take it to another shop for a second opinion and turned out my car was fine.

I had a terrible experience at this car shop. They were not honest at all and tricked me into thinking my car had significant problems that didn't exist. Every time I took my car in, they would come up with new, fabricated issues, even though it’s still a new vehicle. It felt like they were just trying to squeeze money out of me by convincing me I needed unnecessary repairs.
I had enough and went to Canadian Tire for a second opinion. They inspected my car thoroughly and confirmed there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. The staff at Canadian Tire even suggested that I should report this shop to the police for their deceptive practices.
Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs! They will cheat you into believing your car needs work it doesn't. It’s frustrating to see businesses operate this way.

Don't go there, they will scam you money for unnecessary repair, and the parts they sell to you which are 10 times costly than the parts store. Be careful, they are playing games, unreliable repair shop.

I came from out of town, needed a quick repair of my car. It needed a wheel bearing to get me back to sudbury. The owner although hard to understand at times, was polite and friendly, as was the mechanic from Syria. The prices were reasonable...this was the biggest surprise. Thanks for your help.

Put on one premium and one cheap part on our car and were very shady. They passed a safety that was far from safe and we are very sad a shop like this is getting away with all kinds of stuff.
