I recently got my car’s engine plugs fixed here. The staff was friendly, and the prices were fair. BUT, there are a few issues with this shop:
1. The customer area is very disorganized and could be cleaner.
2. There’s no clear turn-taking system. With 15-20 customers at any given time, it feels chaotic, as anyone who calls is told to come in, leading to long waits. I waited nearly 4 hours just for an inspection and another 1.5 to 3 hours for a basic brake pad replacement.
3. The mechanic area itself also appears cluttered and unclean.
Some improvements in organization and cleanliness could really enhance the experience here.

Very bad service i don’t know who gave them full reviews maybe regular customers or taxi drivers. There was only one guy who had air-pod in his ear tried to ask him to check on our car’s router and break pads instead of checking he started asking if it makes this sound or that sound. I mean bro look at it find out yourself and u tell us what is wrong. how can we tell by what sound it makes. Clearly his attitude showed he was not interested. Simply he could have just said we are busy or please come some other time. Therefore before wasting your time find another place.

I have been to this place a few times.
The good:
-Mechanics are actually fixing your car and are not scamming you. They're honest and letting you know about your car issue and the price.
-The parts they are of good quality.
-The people working are honest people.
The bad:
-They don't have a scheduling system so it's like a grocery shop anyone can come without booking a time.
-The mechanics workspace, the office where customers set and wait is VERY disorganized and messy.
-You have to take your car, they'll check it, order the parts and you have to wait up to 3 hours so that the parts arrive, then spend another 2 hours for the mechanic to install it.

Lots of issues with this place . When i called to make an appointment the guy who answered sighed real loud. Then they make me wait three hours just to tell me i have the wrong parts! Spend your time and money some where else

Easy and helpful mechanic to fix the car. Mostly busy and no need the booking appointment most of the time unless you can wait for reasonable amount of time.

To be honest one of my friends went to this repair centre and treated very badly. The customer service is very bad actually I don’t know about the car repair because after that we took our car to another workshop which say 2000$.But this guys says more than 3000$ and also trying to scam. I’m not a person who gives reviews to every place but this incident makes me disappointed and mad.

As a female, I was totally scammed by A&M Auto Repair. 1st. Lied about hourly rate..quoted 85/hour...charged 120/hr.. timing belt needed replacing..they said I need whole engine...then they said they would fix my a.c and under carriage suspension at same time and save the car for at least 1 to 2 more years...cost me over 3grand and my car is in worse condition..had to go back to replace starter...almost 200bux...(new) engine overheats bit apparently not covered on warranty...I was gonna scrap the car and use the scrap funds for downpayment on a different car...I let the owner convince me to fix it and that that would save the car for at least a year or 2 the hard earned money I gave these crooks could have been used to replace this car.(pink tax is no joke)
