Great experience. I bought an Axolotl from here about a week ago. The owner was truly amazing in providing a lot of details and gave great tips. Prices were fair.

Staff on their phones not willing to help. Very rude and care free of consequences for people leaving store because of no service. We wanted to spend our money to buy some fish now we won't waste our time with this store. When I asked for a manager was told there wasn't one on hand then given even more attitude like I was a problem for actually asking for service.

Alex has to be one of the most compassionate pet store owners going. Each and every animal in the store is personally loved. As he takes you through the store each pet has a name. How sweet is that. Then there is Bruno the store mascot. He has the job of babysitter and store greeter. If you ever are in Lindsay you need to stop by Trent Pet and not only will you purchase all your pet needs but you will leave with a smile. Thank you Alex for our rag doll kitten. Russell’s loving start in life started with your loving care. Cheers.

Trent Pets has incredible and knowledgeable staff. I came in unsure of how to properly care for a pet we had been considering for our family, when Kylie (an amazing staff member) was thrilled to help me and share her knowledge. She answered all of my questions. We will be bringing all of our pet needs to Trent Pets.

We have bought 3 English budggies and 1 Conure bird and the customer service was amazing. The owner helped us out with all our questions and concerns. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. If you need any pet items or just information give them a call. Will be back for more flying critters.

Very small, crowded store. We have visited here in the past to purchase pets, accessories, and hygiene/flea treatment products.
Any pet or animal we brought home was either sick, died, or incredibly guarded toward us. We have had better luck with pets from Phil's pet store as they are better cared for, maintained, and handled more to ensure they are friendly and comfortable around humans.
We also accepted advice on flea treatment from here that led our pups down a very bad path that took months to heal from. Our vet told us every piece of advice we were given from here was horrible, and once we listened to our vet's care plan for our pups, their issues cleared up.
I just wouldn't recommend this store.
