The owner is a darling, truly amazing, compassionate, and extremely kind, providing a lot of details and great tips. The employees and staff are also super friendly, kind, helpful, and always willing to answer any questions. Each animal is personally loved. The store mascot, Bruno, is a beloved greeter. Customers leave with a smile and report fair prices, making it the best pet store for a great experience.

Great experience. I bought an Axolotl from here about a week ago. The owner was truly amazing in providing a lot of details and gave great tips. Prices were fair.
