Amazing little shop with technicians that are both knowledgeable and relatable. By helping me with an issue that most shops during a busy season would consider "not worth their time", they proved that small town service is Superior by far. They went above and beyond and even work after hours to get my issue resolved. What a great experience definitely a recommendation for all your mechanical needs.

I had a small repair done to my bumper today and I am extremely pleased. I was able to wait while Jamie fixed the problem immediately. Wonderful service, especially since I thought I would have to make an appointment and return to have the work done for me. I will definitely return and will recommend this shop to all my friends.

Jamie and his crew repaired my Silverado front fenders. Then his crew and the Dent Tech guys repaired and save our Cruze from the hail storm. The work was awesome and if you didn't know the Cruze had hail damage you would never know. I would highly recommend his shop for auto body and dentless repairs.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Zero professionalism:I will make this brief, I first took my car there on August 8 for hail damage. They said they would have a quote for me early the next week, I waited until mid next week and called it still did not have it done because there were a lot of claims. Very understandable. I waited until the following week and called again, they said that my insurance had not reached out, so they were not willing to give me the quote. Strange is that seems to me I asked my insurance to reach out at which point they did. Another week went by and still no quote so I called again. They said my insurance has still not reached out and they were not willing to let me see the quote. Frustrated with this I asked to speak to the owner as the person I was dealing with was extremely rude and continually interrupted me. The owner never called. I spoke to my insurance adjuster who had email correspondence as well as the appraiser had spoken to the body shop and they had also spoken on the phone. At this point the person running the front desk admitted that she had lost the email, but then stated that I had told her I’ve gone to another autobody shop and was handed a quote in person and this was the reason why we had not been given a quote. Again, I have no idea what they are talking about is this was not true, and was never said. I have waited until today to write this review as this is now one full month from the first day I went there and we still have yet to receive a quote. Needless to say, as of earlier this week, I did go to another body shop and they are going to be putting through my claim. Absolutely terrible service, zero professionalism, and a complete lack of accountability from ownership.

Had the hatch hinges replaced on my Rav4, and they managed to salvage/repair my actuator instead of just replacing it with a $1000 part. Saved me a lot of money. Great service done very quickly.

Jamie and his team did a difficult bodywork repair and a great spray job. Had many people decline the job. Jamie used new technology with bonding panels, he did a great job very proffesional. l Would recommend him and his team 100%.
