I've attempted to shop here multiple times, and I am truly disappointed in the service and selection.. especially today, which has built from previous experiences that were much like today.... I keep trying to like it, and I KEEP being let down. Never a ''Hello''.. never a ''can I help you find something?''... today I was shopping there and found a $16 one piece COVERED in stains...$16.00!!!!! probably because is had ''Roots'' label...it was about that time I emptied my basket and walked out entirely certain I will never shop there again. The woman there not even once acknowledged me or my daughter- it wasn't even busy! I'm not sure if there is a ''type'' they cater to, but it definitely was NOT my daughter and I... terrible. 0 stars isn't available or that would be my rating after about 5 visits to this location...

I LOVE shopping here for my little one and even for gifts for the babies in the family! The staff are so kind and helpful, its organized and spacious despite being on the smaller side. There are lots of new, and lightly used options and if your looking for a good deal for your growing bundle this is a great second hand baby store!

I personally love this store they have a wide range in variety but there have been moments where I’ve questioned their people as I’ve boughten clothes from there and brought them back later to resell for them to say they don’t take it. I have also seen stained clothing on racks

When I first went to recycled kids I had a hard time finding any boy clothes in size 3T.I was thinking about donating some of my sons clothing , I asked what sizes and season they were taking. I was aware the the store likes selling brand clothing and in good condition.When I returned the next day I noticed a sign in the window saying they have Abercrombie clothes for sale!Couldn't help but noticed the spelled Abercrombie incorrectly and spelled it ' Abercrobie' . Started to wonder how well they knew their clothing brands.When I brought bin up to the counter the worker started looking through the clothes and was not accepting the brands I had!.Quiksilver, Nike, DCshoes, addidas. I asked why and the response I got was that it wasn't in a matching set..... I was shocked. When you buy a size 2T Quiksilver shirt from Sportchek they don't sell matching pants with it. After 12 months usually clothes start becoming mix and match unless they are pajamas.I was told they were overstocked. but yet the store looks empty and I still couldnt't find anything worth buying for my son .I think I'm going to be giving my clothes to a charity where I know they will be appreciated
