Extremely professional staff. Very attentive to patients’ allergies and make sure customers know any possible side effects. Staff are also very empathetic and tolerant to customers who suffer with mental health issues and go above and beyond to ensure safety when required.

Had both my Covid shots here. After all the nonsense on the news about lineups, lack of vaccine, general confusion, etc. this was as easy as it could get. In and out in a few minutes. Right on time. Incredibly organised and a generally pleasant experience. This is a reflection of how the rest of the business is run.

Mike Cavanaugh and his staff are amazing. My spouse and my father have been well taken care of by this pharmacy. They have been very accomodating, fixed prescription errors by doctors and go above and beyond. I had very rude service at local Shoppers drug mart and decided to switch. Have not regretted the decision. Thankyou Pharmasave team ????

Awesome customer service!! Wouldn't go anywhere else! The staff are always willing to take the time to answer questions... when you try to do that at shoppers you get treated like a big inconvenience!

Mike is great, it's like old small town service. I used some of the other chain ones in town and they don't offer the same level of personal service and care.

They make a lot of mistakes and not only do they not apologize, they are arrogant about it!! Check your medications carefully. Look up the drug name to make sure it is the drug you are supposed to be getting!! Could have killed me. I took my biz elsewhere after numerous errors.
