I stumbled in on a rainy Saturday afternoon, close to closing, with an emergency. (I am not a customer nor was I driving a Ford. ?) My front passenger window glass had suddenly fallen into the door frame. Shawn took my car in right away, managed to get the window closed and safe again, even topped up my tire for me, all very quickly too! I’m forever grateful as I needed to get to Newmarket later that same day, and Shawn saved the day for me, thank YOU!

Went in for some questions regarding modifications. Very standoff behaviour all around, they made it pretty clear I was inconvenient. Was able to get headway at a different dealership/ location.So big old Meh for this place.

Dropped my truck off to get a diagnostic work done on it and unfortunately couldn’t pick it up, had my sister go to pick it up on my behalf the same day. All was going well till she asked what was wrong with it, an older gentleman behind the service desk just looked at her and wouldn’t give her the time of day.Anyways Guy wouldn’t tell her anything about it and wouldn’t even give a work order as to what was done to it or what parts needed to be replaced. Only after she contacted another local dealer and they talked to them on her behalf did they reveal what the issues were and what the reasoning was behind it. Won’t be taking any of my trucks here again.

Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.

Prefer Moynes over Polito any day. Rob and the other service advisors have always taken good care of us and are always willing to help us out with the little things. One of the better ford dealerships out there since they are out to gouge their customers.

I always liked Moynes Ford and bought 6 or 8 vehicles there years ago. I tried going back to them to service a Ford I'd gotten elsewhere and unfortunately their staffing shortages are creating long delays for appointments to even diagnose the issue. After they finally diagnosed it, staff wouldn't even book an appointment to fix it until they had the part in and couldn't tell me when that would be. It's a shame they aren't providing the same quality of service that they used to. I was able to get the vehicle fixed at a local competitor two days later.
