my ? was simple ? can i get your store (Lindsay hardware supply o) policy print out or can i get your store policy on that base they gang up on me and told me to leave the store.. explain on bellowi was there to return and they can't return because they can't carry stock , so i have to return same store i buy it, i said OK. understand . can give me your store policy for return and they don't have it or not explain were to get it and even they can't print me a copy of return polity, "note:- even i try to explained if i buy this item can get your store policy information". they told me to leave the store. finally one lady told me it's on receipt when you buy times. i say thank you , the manger was rood and need more training. how to talk to customer . it's bard name company and they don't have policy information available to public upon asking can i get police print out. they ware gang up me and told me to leave the store.As a consumer, i have the right to request information about our company return policy and answer is leave the store by manege of the day on Dec-02-2023. As a consumer need more competition in Lindsay(Kawartha lakes) timber mart or home depot.

I've been in this store multiple times since we moved to Lindsay last year. All experiences were positive, helpful staff, etc. Today was different. I purchased 2 items. A $33 finch feeder and 1 bag of Scott's mulch for $6. The young girl at the checkout told me it was okay to just swing around to the back and grab the 1 bag. When I got there, there was an older lady staff member having a break I assume, sitting on one pile of bags of mulch. I told her I was looking for Deep Forest Brown and she said she didn't know and someone should be helping me. I didn't share the checkout girls said I could just grab 1 bag which I likely should have. Plus I think she was annoyed I was asking her a question on her break. She says "do you have your receipt?". I say yes and back to the car I go for my receipt. When I return another staff member, a man, who we've had multiple positive dealings with was there. I handed receipt to the lady staff member. And he had the 52 litre bag ready. I told him I could manage myself and took the heavy bag. Then the lady staff member starts reviewing the receipt saying aloud "deep forest brown" like it was hard to find on the receipt that had 2 items on it! I waited a few seconds, then let the bag drop on the ground cause its heavy. She obviously didn't like this and said aggressively "You know, I'm just doing my job". I responded yep and walked away with the bag. So I understand she was just doing her job but it was her tone and attitude that was unnecessary. I wasn't stealing a bag of mulch and frankly Lindsay must be in some sad state if people are stealing bags of mulch!

What I like about all the sales people there, they're more than willing to help you. All but one, she's in the paint department. She either had a bad day or she's got a bad attitude I don't know which.

I'm happy with the personal customer service I experienced at the Home Hardware Lindsay. I purchased a bundle buggy that was wrapped in plastic requiring some assembly. The associate assembled it for me without hesitation. Thank you.

They’re always really friendly here! The guys helped me pick out a power drill a few months ago and it’s been such a life saver, works like a charm on everything I’ve needed it for and some unexpected bigger projects :)

Tons of everything one could ever need and between the employees and full shelves I'd pick this store over Home Depot, Canadian Tire and especially Walmart!

I have had an amazing experience at this store every time I have visited. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and always willing to help. The store might seem a bit smaller than other hardware stores, but they carry a really large variety of items and I can usually find what I am looking for.Several times a member of the staff has given me a great tip for my repair or renovation project that has helped me a lot.Quality of products they carry is also great.This store is definitely my preferred store for any hardware and electrical needs.
