If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my vehicle in to get it certified. It needed $4000 in work. This is in December. I needed an engine mount they couldn't get one in as it was on backorder but they made me pay for the parts and labour up front. No problem until it is now May and I have called 3 times with no success of getting any answers for at least an ETA of the part. I ordered the part myself it came in a day and I have a reputable business now getting it put in for me. Eastons refused to give me the money back saying it was a "hard job" but that's not what I paid for I paid for engine mounts not for your tears. Thanks for nothing Eastons we will never be back and we will for sure make sure people are aware!

I had my first flat tire and wasn’t sure what to do, but the whole team here was fantastic! I mostly dealt with Keegan, who was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She set me up with an appointment the morning I called, and was informative and polite! Not only did I get my tire repaired and put back on, but it was super fast and accommodating to my work schedule! They very kindly secured my “donut” spare tire and all the other tools back in place for me. Everyone else in the establishment seemed very kind, and the two gentlemen I believe worked on my car were also friendly and thorough with their work. It cost me less than I thought it would, and was remarkably carefree; in-depth, and affordable. I would highly recommend Easton’s for your next tire swap, oil change, or any other needs! Thank you greatly to the entire team!

Too expensive and overpriced labour. Parts were given and still costed 493$ ridiculous. Wouldn’t use them ever again.

I called a few places to have my manifold fixed Midas, and my mechanics in Newcastle but I just moved here and thought I’d get it done locally well the owner quoted me a bit more then Midas but I wanted to support local it was supposed to be 479 or a bit more and they gave me a bill of $888 I almost died! Like how can you do a quote and double it they totally took advantage of me and he still hasn’t called me back. The mechanic wouldn’t even drive it out to me the receptionist did. I definitely won’t be back and I wanted to warn other people I had no choice but to pay taking advantage of a family when everything is so expensive as it is! Not impressed at all would definitely not recommend they will rip you off! Terrible never had an experience like this before.
