Service dept sucks! I've called twice and my husband just called waited waited and got the answering machine AGAIN! Never gets back...that's fine we'll take our business somewhere else!

Yesterday, despite the challenging heat, Wayne and Amy both greeted me kindly and professionally as I arrived for an oil change. Their friendly demeanor, coupled with their exceptional communication skills, made my experience exceptionally pleasant. It is truly refreshing to receive such outstanding treatment.
I want to commend Wayne and Amy for their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. Their exemplary service reflects positively on Boyer Chevrolet, and I am grateful for their efforts.
Thank you once again for maintaining such high standards of customer care. Those two are true assets to the team!

I was hoping for a great experience based on everything I had heard about this dealership - well lets say it did not go as planned. Truck went in on Monday - was told issue with Transmission (1700 dollars) told them I had warranty and they could not find, had to go to original dealership to GM warranty information and finally got approved under warranty. They had to order a part, part come in Wednesday, today Friday learned the wrong part order and or delivered (2 days after it arrived). Brake pad sensor can only be reset at the dealer and they still have not done the alignment or the bumper to bumper check. So here I am on a long weekend with no truck to transport my boat and or Seadoo and a bunch of unhappy grandchildren - Thank you Boyer.
I will say the one person (Kayla) was helpful and even offered her personal truck to help with the boat - so Kudo's to her for helping

I have been going into Boyer Lindsay for service over the last two years and I have to say the customer service I get from Amy Clements Service Advisor is top class. She is excellent at her job and very friendly. I would highly recommend Boyer Lindsay based on my experiences.

First time using Boyer. Brought my 2022 in for warranty and Wayne was amazing to work with-providing me a shuttle and updates on the repairs needed. I will be returning to Boyer for service and future vehicle purchases.

they tried to make me pay a mandatory package for $2500 that includes 2 year maintenance on a brand new vehicle plus floor mats. Don’t waste your time with these people because they will waste yours.

Service is terrible, don't stand behind their products they sell. Will even try to prove things are not covered by warranty so you have to pay for the work. Service manager doesn't care and advisors are rude. If you are a female customer treat you like you are stupid, It's all about profit not customer service or satisfaction.It's been like this for years not a new issue. Always enjoyed the sales experience , but as if now cannot take it anymore. Probably will not support local anymore.

Service manager Amy was a pleasure to deal with always pleasant and willing to help. Had some warranty work done had a brand new engine placed in my car and it was done in a timely fashion and as always pleasant.Had my brakes done as well with no problems
