“Typical small town branch. It can be hit or miss when it comes to lineups inside the bank. The tellers are friendly and get you in and out quickly. They help with online banking too which is good. The ATM machines are good and now offer US $$. Plenty of parking at the side and out back. The bank manager is cute too.Too many service fees eating away at your hard earned money which is unfortunate.”
“They are great, very cooperative and helpful, but I get my account flagged and froze almost every other month which is annoying when you get your paycheck and you find out you can't pay your bills from your mobile banking and weren't planning on going out on check day only to pay bills and you call customer service and they say well you have to go into your local bank branch because we're unable to help. I really wish they had an option on mobile banking to verify the it's your activity and not suspicious activity.”
