I would give this no stars if possible. Went there to find out about the new iPhone 15 and the young man working there was so rude. All he wanted to show me was the iPhone 14. I said I didn't want the 14, I wanted the 15 and that I wanted to compare the 15 models to see if any would fit my hands because it seems all the new phones are only being made large. He proceeded to only bring out the 14. He said all the models are the same size. I told him they are NOT. I told him there is the Max and the Pro models in the 15 and that they were different sizes and he refused to listen. We told him we were then going to go to the Telus store where possibly someone would know what we were talking about and he told me as I walked away that I could take my attitude with me as I went. I have NEVER been treated like this and I will NEVER be back to this store. Maybe Mobility stores should check the attitudes of their hired employees and maybe they should tell them that their phones DO come in different sizes. Apparently their new hires know absolutely nothing and should check the websites to obtain more knowledge.

Bad service, there was a lady without any experience, I went there on Sunday to get 2 phones and 4 sim cards for my family but I got only one sim card after a long waiting 4hours+. She told me you will get two phones with zero down payment and 300,000 PC points for each phone and I said ok but when she finished everything she said you will get 200,000 PC points for each phone and zero payment for the first phone, and the second one $597 so I cancelled the second and I waited for 2 two days for the first that she ordered from London Ontario. When I went to the Mobile Shop on Thursday to pick it up she said your phone it's not here yet. I said no problem I will come back on Friday. Before I left the store I asked her about the pc points that I didn't receive them. She said there are only 100,000 points and you should pay $166 for the phone. I said why you didn't tell me on Sunday! so I cancelled the phone and the plan. Now the Fido Company will deduct money from my account.

When calling the Leamington location I spoke with David. I was frustrated as I had learned that the protection plan that was applied to a previous phone was still being applied to the phone once a new device was activated. The new protection plan that was purchased for the new phone was not applied to that line and at no time was I instructed to cancel previous protection on the old line.I had also learned after calling Fido and the protection company (likewise) that the name associated with my phone line was not with anyone that I knew.I was instructed by Fido and Likewise to call the mobile shop and discuss my issue.I called.. frustrated understandably. I stated that I will be in tomorrow ( Friday April 22) to speak in person and figure out the issue. I also stated that a refund will need to be applied and David stated "he will not be doing anything " he also stated " that if I come in with an attitude I will call the cops on you"I reached out a friend who is a former employee and they were able to talk me through the issue so I could better understand.. it was very helpful. Unlike your current employee.I have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years.. I referred many friends and family to this kiosk.. unfortunately that will no longer happen and I will be taking my business to Telus. The Manager there is better equipped to handle customer complaints and finds resolution is a much more professional manner.
