Had ac problems for some time now. Even though I did not purchase my rv from Sturgeon woods they were more than happy to help me out. After a service call they determine the 1 ac unit was defective and the second one had a bad bearing. They ordered what I need and had both units up and running.
Great service and fast. Now I'm cool and everything works great.

This is not our first RV, but it is the first time buying from Sturgeon, and I am simply amazed. They went above and beyond to make sure we had our trailer for our trip, and just were so nice! Everyone was just so kind to us. Facing health problems, we wanted to take a last trip before my surgery; we will never forget their kindness and generosity with their time. I am hoping later to take many trips in the beautiful trailer we got from them. Sherri was absolutely the best, and the service department made me feel so comfortable. It is easy to relate to them, and you feel more like friends than customers.

Mike was very informative and a pleasure to deal with even though I couldn't commit to the great deal he was giving me. The park has many amenities and is greatly placed to many conveniences!! Hopefully some day I hope to enjoy the park and all it offers!! Thx again Mike!!

We are very impressed with sturgeon woods rv! Purchased a trailer there 3 years ago this may and have had to call them half dozen times for service work....we are little over an hour away and they always come with smiles on and don't leave until the problem is solved. At latest visit Sam noticed something else needing service and promptly went about fixing it as well! Great place to deal with!

What a great team !!! Mike , Carrie and John Excellent customer service ? We just traded our older trailer in and left with a beauty ! They treat you like family also very patient with your walk through making sure using your new trailer is easy and fun? 100 percent returning customer ! The friendliness is worth the drive .

Terrible service and a very unprofessional manager (Mike). Refused to continue working on my Keystone trailer which they are a dealer of because they did not sell it to me. Mike said it wasn't their problem anymore. Have the email to prove it! Would not want to return anyway, they did the winterization of my trailer and put rv antifreeze into the water heater rather than drain it and use the bypass. This ate away at the anode which now requires replacement. I was forced to pick up a trailer that is still not fixed. I have nothing positive to say about this company or their management! Think twice before buying here and look at other options besides Keystone. Since they fail to fulfill their warranty obligations.
