I’ve never seen so many employees not workingNo one would help me and all I had was an order of lumber to pickup.after 45 minutes of no one helping me and 50 people in line with only one cashier. Eventually the yard employee Kayvon escorted me in the store and got me sorted out. In a store with so many employees doing absolutely nothing this man was however exceedingly helpful

Hate going there nobody knows where anything is, never enough staff to help and the waiting times are ridiculous and the women up front are always rude and can't look up simple items. They lost my business, Home Building Center for now on

It's one thing to get " we will inform staff " but nothing changes. Look on line, supposed to have in stock, get there guess what. No stock, once in awhile is understandable, but most of the time.

Service is poor but they normally have what I need if I find it by myself.. even if they say they don't have it do yourself a favor and go check for yourself when there not looking because sometimes there just too lazy or they really don't know ?

I can't say I hate going to this store but if there is another option, I will take it first. I went in for a simple 1/2" sharkbite fitting. When I got to the plumbing fitting area, every example of what the bin is supposed to have in it was missing. All the bins had multiple different items in them and I ended up buying a 4 pack of what I needed because I was frustrated and could not find anyone in the store to assist me.I will go to this store if I know what I need and there is a good chance that I will find it on my own. My last visit proved my point once again. There is rarely someone who has the knowledge to assist you.Some time is needed by the staff to organize the store to bring it back up to an acceptable standard of having things where they belong and to have things properly labeled.I have literally watched people walk into the store, look for someone to assist them, and then leave 20 minutes later in frustration.Come on management!!

I called 4 times, disconnected twice, hung up on twice. Employees in store were nice and not busy at all. Empty parking lot so easy to park.I was calling for a specific construction material and they guys were just hanging out chatting.I will just drive to Windsor now.Wasted an hour of driving because their phone system stinks.They ended up not even having 3hat I was looking for.

This place is really gone to the dogs. Yard personnel will make vehicles entering the yard wait for very long time. Poor service. Understaffed. Existing staff lacks training. Employees go on brakes and no one is there to cover their shift. Will not shop here in the future. Tired of waiting.
