I have had to come into this store on more than 1 occasion to pick up a package for myself that I received a delivery notice for from PUROLATOR. The store is a bit disorganized & too small for as it becomes easily cramped & over run with packages that need to be picked up. Normally the service is quick but when I went into the store to pickup my parcel, the gentleman behind the counter had absolutely no idea how to go through the process of getting me my parcel. On top of this, he then told me that I will have to come back in 30-45mins, which wasn't possible. He also had poor vision but didn't bother wearing his glasses, which slowed everything down even more so!
