Had an emergency a day before a long road trip, brought the Jeep in and explained the situation. Within a few hours John calls me explaining the repairs and to get my approval. The same evening I get my vehicle back and we're on the road the next morning with no issues on our trip. The reputation that many repair shops have gained over the years of upselling and unfair business practices is not evident here. I recommend John & Martin for your vehicle repairs.
