They've always fixed my car, my moms, and probably my stepdads and sisters cars, and none of us have ever had any complaints at all. Plus the owner is super nice all the time.

A big shout out to John's Auto Repair. When an engine light comes on 350 km from home, I worry. Leah diagnosed it as not a problem and sent me happily on my way in 10 mins. Great service.

I had an appointment to have an alignment done, as well as an intermediate steering shaft replacement. When scheduling the appointment, I was told they close Friday at noon. I'm a Healthcare worker. I work long hours most days. I had a break between clients and stopped in early to pay for the work that was scheduled so I could make arrangements to have the keys left in my car so I could pick it up after hours. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional with me. The work on my car hadn't been done yet. I'm a community Healthcare worker. If my car wasn't so vital for my job I would have just asked for my keys back and went elsewhere.

They sure know their stuff at this garage! I drove in with a very noisy truck and drove out with a truck as quiet as a mouse not too long afterwards! And the price was extremely reasonable. I found myself a new service garage!...thanks folks!

Okay, so I was able to book last minute due to the staff making a spot for me. They were direct and fair, honest about what was NOT needed to be done, and very affordable. I'll be taking my vehicles here going forward.

My battery died and John’s was recommended by the roadside assistance that boosted me. Good referral!I drove in, left my car running and spoke with Lea. In less than a minute she’d located a battery and promised me a fix in less than two hours.In less time than that, she’d called me back and I was on my way.
