Very knowledgeable & courteous.
Glad they checked my AC filter. It was filthy dirty. Never been changed since I bought my car in 2010! Imagine that! I was breathing all that dirt every day! Amazing!

I am cannot heartily endorse my recent transmission fluid change done November 12 2024 The technician dripped oil from the dipstick onto the manifold and injector supports of my clean LS1 engine, twice. No attempt to catch or clean the drips off the engine was made. A neophyte could see the car is not just a run of the mill vehicle. Some respect of others property should be in order. I was also told to return in a week for a check of the fluid level or I could return after a 30 - 45 minute drive I returned after
my drive and was unceremoniously refused by a different tech. No biggie I can check the fluid level myself, but get it together guys. Arthur with a 45,000 mile 1998 Z28

Everyone is super friendly. They all explain everything step by step what they are doing. They recommend add an services but they don't pressure you into doing anything except for what you went there for.

Worst place ever .. waited almost 2 hours to get in ..kept moving us around in line..Then there was Tessa with the red hair..started yelling at me after over an hour and a half wait wait.this place used to be good when it was Valvoline.. never again. I noticed my review was deleted.

TLDR- seems like these guys are lazy and don’t like to fully complete jobs.
I got my oil change done about two months ago and the service was fine maybe a 4 (or at least that was my impression before writing this) but for the past two weeks my car has been saying that my tires need air, which is weird because they were just filled with my oil change.
Well come to find out when I go to fill them today the cap to the first one was already loose, then the second is also loose, while three and four were straight up missing. Probably somewhere on highway 3.
Now I need to wonder what else they were too lazy or busy to actually complete on a dead Sunday morning when I was the only customer there with no one waiting behind me.
First and last time there. Now a 2.

Good experience, great staff. Very friendly and informative. A bit of an issue with the price, but transmission fluid had to be changed.
