Dwayne & Adam provided outstanding customer service. Arrived in Leamington with the gas door not operating, Dwayne personally looked at it, showed us the emergency access as an interim option. Whey the part arrived Adam was very courteous and offered to drive me & pick me up from the hotel while the vehicle was in for repair. Adam also followed up after the repair to ensue we were happy and it was working properly. Thank you Dwayne & Adam, hopefully I won’t need your assistance again but if I do I will be certain to come back or refer people to your shop.
On a final note Dwayne replied to my online request and day within a couple hours, other Leamington repair shops didn’t reply or responded the next day.

Very happy I stopped by Dwayne’s for the first time this week.
Genuinely welcomed, respectfully listened to and acknowledged, I was constructively advised of my repair options.
The option I chose was performed to the highest standards with diagnostics and text communication throughout.
The effort to fit my repair into the same day schedule, the ride accommodation, and fair pricing are greatly appreciated.
I will undoubtedly be a return customer based on a positive experience that exceeded my expectations.

DWAYNES IS THE BEST! Car broke down just before 6pm on the way into Leamington coming from London. They picked up the phone and waited for CAA after hours to greet me. Made sure I was ok and offered me water etc. communication was great and car ready quickly. GREAT!

My husband and I have had both of our vehicles serviced at Dwayne’s auto shop on numerous occasions and I can confidently say that they are honest, timely, thorough and incredibly easy to work with. For both routine and non routine maintenance, the staff has taken the time to thoroughly explain the issues at hand and assist in prioritizing the work that needs to be done. We would recommend anyone to take their vehicles to them and going forward will undoubtedly be calling them for all of our auto needs!

I spoke to David on the phone, he problem solved my issues and when I arrived Dwayne the owner and Adam at the front desk worked the problem efficiently and cost effective for me to get my motorcycle back on the road.
They've also helped me recently with my truck. I feel good about taking my vehicles back to Dwayne's Auto. I would recommend Dwayne and his staff to my family and friends.

These guy's totally blew out of the park. I have had a lot of problems with brakes and hopefully no more. They repaired every thing that was agreed to and then some. Totally professional, courteous, on time and on budget. Easy to work with, great people.

Love this place. Dwayne and his clan always take top notch care with my mini. He always advises me on my best course of action when he doesn't have the solution. Example. His team diagnosed my car when the turn signal,high beams and fog lights started to fail. It was my footwell module failing because of moisture. Overseas motor wanted 6-7k to diagnose, repair and labour.
I found AE solutions online and liked what they had to offer. I called Dwayne asked his thoughts. He gave me a straight answer. After my new module (325$ 1 yr warranty) returned the car went to Dwaynes where they coded it. Total cost with AE and Dwaynes under 700$.
