Lodged some complaints in person and was told by two people I spoke to you on the phone that either they did not say it that way or I was wrong about what I heard. Then a manager says I will make notes in your file. What good will that do?? Of course no apology.I would once like to get my prescriptions without having to follow up and then maybe I would not mishear them on the phone. May very soon move to another pharmacy because even with a good location the hassle is not worth it!

What happened to this pharmacy. Have been going there for a number of years, and seen many pharmacists/manager and staff come and go. I can appreciate how busy they can be, but it seems there are so many people filling prescriptions and not enough staff to accommodate. Since putting up a new website for refills, have yet to work that one out. Most times the webpage won’t come up to allow you to create an account, so end up calling the pharmacy to the (young ladies) that look totally stressed out. We have all been under stressful times these past few years with COVID and we need to be kinder and thoughtful to everyone around us, but Canadian Superstore/Wadland pharmacy things need to improve with customer service.

I have never had such bad service in my life. I call in a prescription and when I go to pick it up, they try to charge me full price and my prescription. My prescription is covered by my plan. When asked why is there an issue, they tell me it was already put brought their system and have to check why. Then they tell me that have to look into it and will call me. It has been 2 days and nothing.They also have a phone refill service and when you use and you go ,2 days later so you give them time to fill, they come back saying it was somehow lost and was never filled and now it will take over 30 minutes for it to fill 1 prescription.Also another issue was my husband was trying to get his prescription filled and again the pharmacy failed to get it done. My husband asked for home delivery. We waited over 2 hours with a no show. My husband called and was told he has already left. We get a phone call from a rude woman wanting to know why we gave a wrong address. My husband against gave our address and she tells him her guy is out side the address given. My daughter and I go to the lobby and no one is there. The lady calls back again with an attitude wanting to know why we are not there picking up the prescription. I guess the driver finally realized he was in the apartment complex across the street. When he comes up to the door he just hands it over without confirming who the prescription was for. The prescription was a controlled substance.I have lost complete faith with this place.
