I bought a MENS KNIT as a gift for my father two weeks ago, and after one wash, it strength a lot; I wanted to return it in store, but they didn't accept it and told me I should talk with customer service. Also, I sent an email to customer service, but unfortunately, they just told me you should wash the product as an instruction while it was washed in the same way. I waste my time and prefer to buy products from companies with an honest return policy for defective products.

Aww. Good collection now. Atleast better than last few years and price is competitive with other reputed brands. They might go a little low but that's just a suggestion as I definitely know where they manufacturers their clothing and how much that cost..??.. They are not robbing though..

Very very bad experience with the staff on may 18 . It’s her mistake still she is super rude. The price of few items are mentioned and I checked with one of the staff he said that was the right price . But the girl didn’t believed me she checked three time for 3 items. And when I was right she is making faces Like she is giving from her pocket. We are paying you not getting in free. Customer service is sooo bad.

Very poor customer service. Never ask for bags as per there employee it cost them money but we are not spending by buying there clothes. Bring your own bags of different brands they will like that.

They have very nice employees and they provided me with answers to every question I asked. They also provided me with a discount on my purchase because they implemented a new system for their cash machines recently, so they were just trying to get used to the new system. They also have an awesome 90 day policy for returns/exchanges.
