They were ready to give me any advice I needed for my first time caring for a crayfish and were entirely pleasant. It did not feel like a nuisance returning the fish tank and the cashier knew exactly what they were doing. Overall, shopping here was a refreshing experience and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for quality advice and compassionate care.

5685 Malden Rd, LaSalleI was recently given the name of this clinic because of Dr. Jim and the wonderful care he provides.
So I began by reading reviews.
The many 5 star reviews are encouraging.
But the many one star reviews from long time patients (10 years or more) who have been turned away because of a 1 year rule is heart breaking.
I am concerned that no response has been offered regarding this issue.
Dr. Jim are you aware of how many patients have been turned away?
Dr. Jim is your staff as rude and inconsiderate to these costomers as the reviews indicate?
