We had a problem going to the tournament of my daughter, on a Friday with our dog. We had no place to go, no working vehicle. This garage was clearly not ready to do extra work to help us, blaming their capacity to get the parts, and their current workloads (4 empty doors out of 6). Despite they knew we were desperate, they said to us they could only repair somewhere next week, or we had to leave. I had to call another garage, that was able to get the parts and found some time for me. I needed to tow my car again, and Newels garage decided to charge me for their time even if they did nothing except piss me off. I will never go back there again

Broke a brake line while crossing the border,
They got me in quickly first thing in morning, change 2 lines, and got me back on the road in less than 2 hours and they did quality work. Highly recommend them

I broke down after crossing the border from the States into Canada on a work trip, David and the guys at the shop got my vehicle in immediately even while super busy and no guarantee they'd be able to fix it and finished it same day and got me back on the road. Great people who do great, honest work.

Our van broke down on the highway. Luckily we were able to make it to the garage. They took care of us, taking a look at the van and Wyatt broke down, and gave us a quick estimate. They were able to fix it for the Friday when we were going back home. And the van drives well again.
