“I have been dealing with this pharmacy for about 12 years getting all me and my family's prescriptions. I appreciate the fact they are an independent store, as the customer service is much more personalized that Shopper's or Rexall, the big chains. The front store is also a well-kept, well stocked store with a wide range of products.
Frankly, I find the big chains such as Shopper's usually unhelpful and discourteous, and poorly solution oriented to specific patient needs.
However, the excellent pharmacists and staff at this CDS location are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive to one's needs. Being in the medical profession myself, I understand how important servicing and managing patients can be, and the CDS pharmacy insures that they provide the best customer service and assistance to each and every customer/patient they have.
