Very unprofessional, argues with customers. Booked my wedding then canceled on me, knowing that she was looking after 3 services for me. Never took accountability, said sorry but too bad and that was it. Never tried to rectify anything and when given feedback and trying to explain frustration I was blocked and ignored. Very disappointed overall with my experience.

La Rose is a beautiful store, with a beautiful selection of dresses, and smells amazing lol. We bought a dress for our eight-year-old daughter today without her.. taking the chance that it would fit...It didn't. We were able to bring it back and exchange it immediately without any issues at all! They were so kind and lovely. Highly recommend.

I recently had my wedding and Catherine did the hair for myself and 6 other ladies. She did a phenomenal job. Due to the rain and humidity on my wedding day, she suggested certain hairstyles to use that would hold longer. We loved her suggestions and the looks turned out perfect. I would highly recommend her for any events in the future! Thank you again Catherine!

My daughter graduated high school this year! We went to La Rose Bridal for a custom made dress. We showed her a photo, picked the fabric and colour. The dress arrived in about 13 weeks. My daughter loved it and it fit like a glove! In addition, the price was great! Thanks, Cat!

My family used La Rose for our recent wedding. All of the dresses were great quality and fit perfectly. The owner Catherine and her team were super easy to work with and professional. We also hired her and her team for the make up and hair services. We all looked stunning and are very happy with her services! Without a doubt we will be recommending her to everyone!

Such a positive experience at La Rose getting my daughters graduation dress. We had been to many dress shops in London and walked away feeling very frustrated. I heard about this store right in our community and we are so happy we did!!! My daughters experience at this store was outstanding!!! The owner of this store has exceptional customer service. She listened to my daughters various requests. She then took the design of four different dresses and created a beautiful grad dress for my daughter. Went to Catherine as our granddaughter is very petite and she wanted a very specific long dress for her grade 8 graduation. ThankfulIy, I was able to buy the dress to show it to Catherine and then return it. Catherine and her team did a fabulous job in making this dress to fit our granddaughter to a T.Absolutely beautiful on her. My nieces got their flower dresses here, honestly such a great experience and soo pleased with the dresses. I had two 1.5 yr olds and a 4 yr old. We were able to pick the top, the skirt and the colour and have them custom made for such a reasonable price. They had so many options, suggestions and provided services beyond what we would have hoped for. My one sister lives 2hrs away and was able to order through phone by the measurements they provided. My nieces also loved the dresses and have worn them multiple times before the wedding and after! Thank you to Cat and her team !

Catherine was AMAZING to work with for our wedding in January! ❤️? I bought my dress at her boutique and she also was our florist, makeup artist AND hair stylist! Catherine really can do it all! We are extremely satisfied with her work, from the dress selection to finding inspiration for flowers, hair and makeup. You can see how it all turned out in the photos! She was thoughtful and kind throughout the process and made us feel so comfortable. We absolutely recommend her for any wedding! Thank you Catherine!
