I love the underground parking here, especially in the wet weather! Otherwise, too expensive.

One of the pricier supermarkets but convenient. Kevin the shift manager does a fantastic job.

Very convenient location with underground parking, great for grocery shopping in the cold weather. Shoppers and canada post also conveniently located in the same building so you can run your errands all in one place. Prices at Zehrs are usually comparatively higher than other grocery stores but you pay for the convenience.

Very friendly cashier. Produce clerk looked for my missing cart, which someone else had taken. Customer service was wonderful!

THE WORTS SELF-CHECKOUTS in KW! There hasn't been a single visit that was frictionless. The scale validation fails but no error is shown on the damn screen. Sales associate comes, clears the error, next item..same bloody error. No error on the screen, just a yellow flashing light and the machine won't accept scans anymore. All other retailers have dropped the scale validation, including other Zehrs locations. If you want people to use them, make them frictionless, till then I'll happily use the regular lanes.

The worst grocery store in Stanley Park area. PERIOD.
Dairy section...DIRTY and ODOUR of dropped and broken eggs plus leaking milk cartoons/boxes is overwhelming. Broken eggs sometimes not being picked up for days !!!
Shelves ...well I'm not sure if they ever clean them...growing mould clearly visible !!!
UNEXCEPTABLE !!!
Cashiers very rude and they make an impression like they working there as a punishment.
Especially the ones that are immigrants which just bothers me immensely...they've escape from Kosovo/yes,I've asked where they from/ and brought the rudeness and non existent customer service with them.
They've ASKED for that job and doing that job with attitude that is just appalling.
When you wait, sometimes long time, you really notice their disregard and disrespect which they show to customers.
On many occasion I just boil inside. Who has hired them?! Who is watching them and tolerates that behavior?!
There is one from the same country working at the Joe Fresh section...same thing ...disgusting attitude.
Why they're working there if they hate it so much?! I get the sense like they're entitled to smth better than being a cashier at the grocery store ....well if they can't stand it and dislike it so much maybe Canada wasn't the correct choice for them...and their attitudes shows that it may be the case.
Anyway....customer service and store cleanliness NOT EVEN ONE STAR !!!
But this is LABLAWS and as long as the prices are going up every other day everything is just fine.
Total DISASTER.

Worst Zehrs and grocery store period. Prices are absolutely ridiculous. I'm temporarily without a vehicle so pretty much forced to shop here. They are so far over priced on almost every item by two dollars up to four dollars. And you talk about slimy. Now they are covering up the weights on chicken breast packs with another sticker. There is a large senior community around this location and they are just taking advantage of people. Absolutely makes me sick. When I am mobile again I will go out of my way to shop elsewhere.

Fine for a Lobaws brand. PC still is a great private label and the produce in particular is of good quality. Those prices and draconian loss prevention measures really sting though.
